Preoperative Diagnosis:
1. Hypomastia
2. Breast ptosis
3. Breast asymmetry
Procedure:
1. Peri Areolar, Retro pectoral insertion of breast prosthesis 2. Donut mastopexy with adjustment of areolae INAMED, Inspira, round, smooth silicone implant SSF size 450cc, was then inserted into the pocket of the right breast, and SSF size 450cc, was then inserted into the pocket of the lef breast utilizing Keller Funnel
